Creating an oasis of culture and music, surrounded by nature and in the center of one of the largest and most dynamic cities in the world, seems like an impossible dream to pursue. The people of Seoul have this dream and we believe it is a very solid and viable dream that can become a reality. Together with its citizens, the city government has started to prepare the ground for this ambitious and unique project to take flight.

The space includes a 450-seat SMAC-type amplified music room as well as various other spaces: offices, shops, galleries, library and a multipurpose room
