Le Haras National du Pin
Normandy, France
Located in the heart of the Ornaise countryside, the Haras du Pin is a group of 17th century buildings surrounded by a park of more than 1,400 hectares.
In the historic heart of the complex is the Manège d’Aure, an equestrian performance hall open all year round for shows as well as for visits. This room, although grandiose, requires renovation for high quality shows.
Described as the “Versailles of the Horse”, the Haras du Pin must be able to have a prestigious performance hall.
The adjoining stables also require renovation as well as the reception of the horse farm. The entrance foyer is also a vast building channeling the flow of visitors to the horse farm and audience to the Manège d’Aure. In addition, it houses the Haras boutique which also requires an upgrade.
This intervention is taking place as part of the Major Project to develop the Haras du Pin.
